Learning outcomes The course unit aims to identify and study the fundamentals of radio and television journalistic languages, preparing students to produce content for these media.

5. Digital capture and processing of sound and image
6. Radio and television laboratories (Presentation and dynamization of a news service)

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria Theoretical lessons on the history and evolution of each of the media. Theoretical-practical classes with listening and viewing examples of the various journalistic genres. Technical classes on writing, capturing and digital editing of sound and video.
Given the theoretical and practical nature of the subject, students are advised to be present in 80% of classes. The works to assessment are produced in practical classes.
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
