Learning outcomes To know how to present a research problem; Write about the state of the art in relation to a strategic communication issue and problem; Know how to justify the methodologies used. Writing a chapter of the dissertation / project or internship report in strategic communication, with autonomy and critical sense.
Syllabus 1. Presentation, contextualization and discussion of the research topic;
2. Presentation and discussion of the state of the art;
3. Presentation and discussion of methodological options;
4. The structure of an academic text

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The evaluation is continuous and focused on:
- the preparation of individual scientific texts that may serve as the basis for the completion of the report or the dissertation.
- the presentation of a chapter from the student project /internship report or dissertation (15-20 pages) (50%)
- the discussion a chapter of a classmate in class. (2 -3 pages) (20%)
- the presentation of a text with the justification of the empirical methodology adopted (3 to 5 pages) - 30%

The UC does not include a final exam.
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
