Entry requirements |
Students must know how to solve quadratic equations and systems of linear equations, have basic knowledge of trigonometry and vector calculus, know the concept of a function derivative and the most common derivation rules, and be able to calculate elementary function primitives.
|
Learning outcomes |
The overall objective of the CU is to provide some basic concepts of mechanics and waves. It is intended to ensure the acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge of Physics that enable the application of Classical Mechanics to the study and understanding of physical phenomena inherent to Engineering.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
TE classes will be fundamentally theoretical. In these classes, the teacher exposes the theoretical contents, often accompanied by application examples that make them easier to assimilate. TP classes will be fundamentally practical. In these classes, some problems that the teacher selects are solved.
