This CU Introduction to Industrial Project aims to initiate the activity of industrial project engineer. In this CU, more specifically, an introduction to project methodologies will be made, with a work that involves the development of project practices applied to a specific industrial product, simulating possible situations in industrial practice. In this way, the aim is to develop the ability to integrate the acquired skills and put them at the service of the creation of an industrial project. The scope of the problem encompasses the organization of the production process, its technological and computer implementation, the architecture of the production planning and control systems, including databases and algorithms, as well as the detail of the industrial installation. The work will serve as a showcase of the skills acquired by the student during the 1st cycle in EGI and of their appetite for their harmonious and fruitful conciliation.
