Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria This curricular unit lasts for 1 academic semester, involving 60 hours of contact with the teacher, 92 hours of autonomous work and 8 hours for assessment. The classes are organized into a theoretical-practical component, which includes the exposition of the syllabus, also involving the resolution of practical exercises and the development of a work. Assessment is carried out through 1 individual written test (50% of the final grade), 1 practical work in a group (40% of the final grade), and by performing individual practical exercises during classes (10% of the final grade). All the components present in the evaluation criteria must be completed, and each one of these must pass more than 6 points in order for students to be admitted to the exam. Grade improvement can only be achieved by taking a final exam. The delivery and oral presentation of the practical work is mandatory.
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
