All Cross Cutting Skills Lab (XCSLab) courses are specially oriented to students of the various STEAM degrees (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math), but will be available to students from other areas and from all higher education cycles ( including master's and doctoral students).

Learning outcomes |
.The general objective of the course is to familiarize students with various interpersonal and group processes relevant in personal and professional contexts, promoting their training through the teaching of some strategies. At the end of the course, the student must acquire knowledge and develop skills in order to be able to: a) work and make decisions as a team in a cooperative and interdependent way, applying different strategies according to the characteristics of the group. b) understand the role of the leader in a team and the importance of the relationship between leader and group members for group well-being and effectiveness. c) communicate adequately and effectively in different contexts and audiences, correctly using various strategies and tools. d) identify and manage conflicts through interpersonal communication, recognizing their importance in interpersonal and group contexts.
