Learning outcomes |
The main goal of this curricular unit is to develop abilities in the students that allow them to prepare a "state of the art" on a topic of their choice and make its presentation in an academic context.
At the end of this course unit, students should:
- Be able to use bibliographic sources of obtain information about the latest development on a particular topic.
- Know how to use available information to prepare a presentation about a specific topic, either to the general public or to a specialized audience in the topic.
- Understand the importance of "be able to transmit information".

Syllabus |
Methodology to be applied in the gathering of information about recent scientific research.
Correlation and interpretation of experimental data. Using programs for processing and presentation of experimental results.
Preparation of formal and technical reports.
Individual development of a presentation in the form of panel or monograph with individual search and retrieval of information, taking into account the points raised in self-study.
