The main objetive of this subject is to give students a vision of the set of subjects that constitute the various areas of knowledge in business management in different types of organizations, Provide knowledge and tools that help the student to manage a business organization, deepening the directive and organizational functions and responsibilities of a company, provided through a global and integrated view of the key concepts of management focusing not only on resources, but also on skills, processes and relationships.
