Learning outcomes - Understand, analyse and apply with a critical approach, the legal concepts and contents developed in the area under study;
- In terms of skills it is intended that the student identifies and knows the regulatory framework of the forms of social economy, volunteering and management tools of non-profit organizations.
Syllabus Social Economy Law aims to provide students with the knowledge necessary for a comprehensive understanding of the reality of the social economy. Thus, the subject focuses on the fundamental guiding principles identified in the Basic Law of the Social Economy, exploring the fundamental concepts. Thus, the objectives are to learn the concepts, principles, sources, and essential legal rules concerning organization, normative structures, legal pluralism and the fundamental rights regime. Taking into consideration the main collective entities that operate in this sector of the economy.
