Learning outcomes Develop knowledge and skills about sports training methodologies for the development of training programs, taking into account the specificity of sports, the objectives and the age of the practitioners.
At the end of the UC the students should:
Understand the importance of the differentiation and the specificity in the training methodology Demonstrate knowledge about evaluation and control of the needs and demands of different sports
Develop central knowledge of the training schedule to the scale of a specific intervention according to the characteristics of the sport
Demonstrate differentiating knowledge regarding programming and periodization according to certain sports
Understand the problem of youth training in its multiple and complex vectors of analysis and intervention
