After completing the UC, the student must be able to: a. Analyze and discuss the concepts associated with physical activity, physical exercise and promotion of a healthy lifestyle; b. Understand and critically analyze existing physical exercise programs for individuals without medical conditions; c. Identify and understand different programming methods and training types for one or more physical exercise sessions; d. Master the technical content and scientific foundations of Gym/Gym activities (individual and group); e. Demonstrate the ability to design and implement a training plan or individual or group training exercises, in accordance with training guidelines, safely and in accordance with the profiles of the participants;
