Learning outcomes Impart knowledge about the business plan, developed in forming a series of skills and attitudes that encourage critical reflection on the business model. The aim is to foster the creation of the Business Plan.
Students will evaluate a business concept and write a sound business plan.
At the end students should be able to:
- Gather information relevant to the preparation of an investment project
- Combining the information collected and prepare the investment project
- Make the assessment of economic and financial viability of the project
- Making a decision based on the achievement or non-investment

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The criteria will be discussed on the first day of class in the 2nd Semester.
The final assessment takes into account 2 elements:
i) Participation in theoretical/practical classes to expose the subject and in monitoring the preparation of works leading to the Business Plan.
ii) Collective evaluation of each working group through the presentation and discussion of the Business Plan:
a) Final written report - 85% of the final grade;
b) Oral presentation and discussion - 15% of the final grade.

Admission criteria for evaluation:
1. Minimum attendance of 50%
2. In-person presentation and discussion of PVIN and PN
3. Minimum grade of 6 in Teaching-Learning
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
