Learning outcomes |
The course aims to provide participants with essential knowledge and skills to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with fatigue and sleep deprivation in the workplace, with a focus on total working time management. Learners will develop the ability to apply preventive methodologies in industrial settings, recognize fatigue-related risk factors, and implement evidence-based practices. The online theoretical component delivers scientific foundations on sleep, biological rhythms, and fatigue, while the in-person sessions offer practical application, use of monitoring tools, and case-based discussions. This structure ensures alignment between the learning objectives and the teaching methods, fostering active, reflective, and technically grounded learning.
