Learning outcomes |
A) Acquire knowledge about fundamental notions about the science of Law, especially the rules of ethics and the law of social communication. In particular, the right to freedom of expression and information. B) Acquire knowledge and apply the ethical principles recognized by Portuguese journalists, as well as the legal regime applicable to the exercise of the profession. C) Acquire knowledge about constitutional law, communication law. new technologies and the right of advertising.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
Classes operate on a theoretical-practical basis. A theoretical exposition will be made on the syllabus, which will be followed by an application of the knowledge transmitted, through the resolution of practical cases, coherently formulated and preferably modeled on case studies, which require the consultation and interpretation of normative texts.
