Learning outcomes |
The main objective of this CU is to provide the student with basic skills and procedures related to sports training that allow them to critically interpret the information in scientific literature, as well as develop strategies to identify, analyze, and evaluate the main physical fitness needs and performance, even if not specifically oriented towards any sporting practice, sport or sporting specialty. At the end of the Curricular Unit, the student must be able to: - Know and understand the basic concepts related to sports training - Understand and analyze the principles of sports training - Distinguish the different motor skills and their fundamental concepts - Demonstrate skills in assessing physical condition and sports performance - Demonstrate basic knowledge related to training programming
