Learning outcomes |
Provide the student with: (1) knowledge and ability to understand the various aspects of Swimming and its organizational and regulatory, at the competitive level and formal and non-formal practice; (2) knowledge and skills about the teaching-learning process within the scope of Swimming and (3) ability to understand the problems associated with the organization, management and evaluation of the Swimming training/classes and learning skills based on the various stages of sports training and complying with the main ethical rules and safety procedures.

Introduction to Baby Swimming and Other Special Populations 6. Basic Propulsive and Resistive Models in Swimming 7. Sport Regulations of Competitive (Pool) Swimming 8. Critical Components of Swimming Techniques, Starts, and Turns 9. Teaching Program for the Four Swimming Strokes, Starts, and Turns 10. Basic Methodological Aspects of Teaching Artistic Swimming and Water Polo 11. Basic safety rules and procedures, basic life support and rescue in aquatic environments.
