Learning outcomes	HEALTH LAW Students are expected to be able to know and apply the main principles and rules of the Health Law, for instance: (i) the health as a constitutional right, (ii) the rights and duties of healthcare provision, (iii) Responsibility for the health systems. ETHICS Students should be able to (i) limit the scope of ethics; (ii) developing links between ethics, politics and law; (iii) identify and characterize the main types of ethics; (iv) identify scientific paradigms toward the Human Being Bioethics (v) recognize the relevance of codes of ethics in the healthcare (vi) reflect on Ethical and moral problems in the field of healthcare management.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria	The classes follow a theoretical and practical methodology. Each class have the presentation of theoretical concepts for understanding the program and an application by cases study using the normative texts.
