Learning outcomes	The main objective of this curricular unit is to deepen the articulation between the doctoral research projects and the research topics and projects of the research unit Labcom.IFP, thus boosting both the postgraduate training and the research activities in the area of communication sciences. By the end of this curricular unit, students should be able to: 1 – Identify advanced research in the following areas: – Communication and arts; – Communication and science; – Communication and journalism; – Communication and politics; – Communication and advertising; – Communication and public relations; 2 – Discuss that advanced research both in a verbal and written way, namely through communications, articles and book chapters. 3 - Problematize the relationships between the various areas of research in communication sciences.
