Each Teacher, Staff or Student as a Grant Support, which combines an Individual Support and a Travel Support.

Note: Travel distances must be calculated using the distance calculator supported by the European Commission. The applicant must indicate the distance of a one-way travel to calculate the amount of the EU Grant that will support the round trip.
The scholarship payment for incoming students is done as follows:
- Beginning of the Mobility – Payment of 80% of the scholarship + Travel Suport, transferred to the provided bank account;
- End of the Mobility - Payment of 20% of the scholarship (if more than 80% of mobility is completed) once the Erasmus report has been completed, to be sent by the European Commission to the e-mail provided at the time of registration.
The scholarship payment for incoming teachers and staff is done as follows:
- Payment of the scholarship + Travel Support pay by check
Note: In each mobility, the Teachers, Staff and Students are responsible for the purchase of the Travel Ticket.
