Within the scope of the UNITA consortium, Universitas Montium, which UBI integrates together with Universidad Zaragoza (Spain), Université de Pau et Des Pays de L'Adour (France), Université Savoie Mont Blanc (France), Università Degli Studi di Torino ( Italy) and Universitatea de Veste din Timisoara (Romania), students will be able to do a virtual mobility. This type of mobility aims to give an opportunity to students who are unable to move abroad, and can do so online, without leaving home.
Students from the University of Beira Interior and partner universities will be able to create an alternative mobility model to the traditional mobility and have the opportunity to attend course units offered by partner universities, in a distance learning model.
This experience will contribute to the improvement of linguistic knowledge, virtual interaction with students from other universities and from different cultures, and internationalize the curriculum, without having expenses and travel abroad.
