UC aims to enable students to develop the thesis project and provide students the methodological skills necessary for the production of any scientific research project in the area of ??Sports Sciences. . 1 Demonstrate skills of methodological and experimental nature, leading to the elaboration of a project under design of Sports Sciences; . 2 Be able to prepare, present and justify the thesis project developed with a view to obtaining the degree of Doctor of Sports Sciences;

. Steps 1 related to the project: 1.1. Choose the theme of the study; 1.2. Literature review; 1.3. Conceptualization of the problem; 1.4. Defining the object of study; 1.5. Definition of hypotheses / research questions; 1.6. Definition of the sample; 1.7. Definition of variables to be studied; 1.8. Selection of measuring instruments; 1.9. Definition of study procedures (based on the selected measurement instruments); 1.10. Overall schedule of work (clearly defining the different steps, time monitoring); 1.11. References. . 2 Steps not included in the project: 2.1. Data collection; 2.2. Organization and data cleansing; 2.3. Statistical treatment of data; 2.4. Presentation of results; 2.5. Discussion of results; 2.6. Conclusions. . 3 Preparation of an application for funding of a research project: 3.1.
