Learning outcomes |
Develop and deepen knowledge and practical skills in terms of evaluating exercise prescription in different pathologies, namely: 1. Develop the ability to identify the client's main barriers to exercise and change the planning of exercise sessions in order to increase the client's motivation.
2. Develop the ability to guide and prescribe an activity program to improve physical fitness, trained and untrained individuals, considering the integral development of the person, as well as lifestyle changes and adherence to physical activity.
3.Develop the ability to guide and prescribe an exercise program that is a non-therapeutic adjuvant for the improvement of the pathology, for individuals with different types of pathologies considering the integral development of the person, as well as changing the lifestyle and adherence to physical activity.
