Describe the methodologies and techniques for assessing psychosocial factors;
Describe possible individual and organizational interventions to mitigate the impact of psychosocial factors
Understand the consequences of psychosocial risks in work context.
Characterize the concept of stress, identifying risk factors, consequences and possible preventive measures;
Characterize the concept of "human error", identifying causes, consequences and possible preventive measures.
