Learning outcomes At the end of the UC students should be able to:
Identify elements of technological and information architecture;
Define types of information (to support the execution of operations and tasks);
Mastering information, communication and negotiation techniques
Identify the best methodologies and appropriate techniques for assessing the quality and effectiveness of information and communication
Know techniques for designing internal standards
Build information tools and their fields of application used in the prevention of occupational risks (poster, bulletin, videogram, slideshow, etc.)
Dominate principles and basic techniques used in the conception/ elaboration of information tools
Apply Techniques for the use of information supports (written, audio, multimedia and others)
Dominate Methodologies and techniques for identifying information needs, according to the different target audiences
Building specific information types within the scope of occupational risk prevention
Syllabus Elements of technological architecture (infrastructures, software) and information architecture (who creates information and who uses it)
Types of information (support to operations and tasks; information for decision and information for qualification)
Information, communication and negotiation techniques
Appropriate methodologies and techniques for assessing the quality and efficiency of information and communication
