Learning outcomes At the end of the UC students should be able to:
Identify the different stages of the training cycle and know the main activities associated with each of them;
Build appropriate instruments for the survey of training needs in the area of OHS;
Define a training plan supported in the identified needs;
Structure courses / training modules appropriate to different themes of OHS and adjusted to the training needs identified for the various professionals/ trainees;
To analyse programmes, projects and training offers in the area of OHS, in a critical and informed way;
Identify all human, financial, material and pedagogical equipment resources necessary for the operationalization of a training course/module
Budget the costs associated with a course / module of training;
Mastering the different methodologies and techniques for evaluating the trainees to design the appropriate instruments
Design a proper evaluation of the satisfaction and effectiveness of training.
Syllabus Methodologies and techniques for identifying training needs, according to the various target audiences;
Methodologies and techniques for designing training programs (definition of objectives and educational content, resources and conditions of implementation of training;
Methodologies and training techniques appropriate to the defined strategies (e.g.: motivation techniques, teaching methods, management of time and necessary means);
Techniques for using training equipment (e.g. overhead projector, video projector);
Techniques for evaluating trainees;
Appropriate methodologies and techniques for the evaluation and effectiveness of training.
