Learning outcomes |
The primary objective of this course is to enable students to the research process. We aim to enable students to develop a research/intervention project that support their master's dissertation or project. This course aims to enable the student to:
1. For the realization of a scientific thought, training procedures so that a given phenomenon is thought sociologically;
2. It aims to equip students with the necessary tools so that they can develop a research/intervention project in Sociology.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
All work will be oriented to the realization of methodological exercises in the classroom context (40%). This practice continues, aims to enable students to perform, present and defend an individual research project, which will serve as thematic embryo of the future dissertation, and which should include the following items: framing and justification of the theme, research question, problematization , methodological design, index, schedule and list of bibliographic references according to Department norms (60%).
Given the eminently practical objectives of this course, there will be no final theoretical exam.
