Learning outcomes |
At the end of this course (*), the student should be able to: a. Understand organizational structures, their organization and management models; b. Know and discuss the laws of the game and their regulatory framework; c. Analyze and describe the game considering its physical and physiological, technical and tactical, psychological and social demands; d. Design training plans according to the macro-structures identified; e. Design different training microcycles and frame the respective technical, tactical, physical and psychological content appropriately; f. Designing training sessions and framing each exercise according to its nature, objectives and available strategic information; g. Demonstrate the ability to manage and evaluate the training plan according to the objectives and resources available; h. Demonstrate the ability to collect, select and interpret relevant information in the context of the training process, enabling decisions to be substantiated.
