Learning outcomes • Provide a set of concepts, techniques, and approaches, as well as an understanding of the main issues that arise, both in the preparation of the proposal and in the structuring and execution of the research work leading to the master's dissertation/project;

• Provide knowledge of the main strategies to adopt in different research paradigms in the scientific area;

• Acquire the necessary methodological and technical knowledge and skills for the development and implementation of a project or research work;

• Distinguish the types and approaches to scientific research;

• Introduce some quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques applicable in research in the area;

• Acquire and apply the basic knowledge necessary for recording and processing the obtained information.
