Learning outcomes |
The defined learning objectives imply not only the understanding of the fundamental concepts of Biomechanics, but also their application to the analysis of human movement. The adopted teaching method, combining expository moments with problem-solving and movement analysis, is compatible with this educational requirement. The theoretical approach allows for the consolidation of terminology and mechanical principles, while practical activities promote the interpretation of kinematic and kinetic variables and their relation to real situations. The use of applied exercises and analytical tasks fosters the development of calculation, interpretation and critical reasoning skills. In this way, the teaching method supports the transition from conceptual knowledge to the capacity to analyse human movement, ensuring alignment with the defined learning objectives.
