Learning outcomes |
Start students in fundamental theoretical concepts of Microbiology, the basic techniques of microbiology practice, with particular emphasis on the microbiological testing of water consumption. Students should understand the basics and fundamentals of microbiology, the constitution of the prokaryotic cell and its metabolism, as well as the distinction of various bacterial groups. Students should be able to perform laboratory techniques to identify and distinguish eubacteria

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
Classification during the period of teaching and learning (CEA) is determined by the following expression: CEA = 80% TE + 20% PL where, TE corresponds to the classification obtained in the written test, PL to the classification obtained in the practical laboratory component (practical works). Examination waived if CEA = 10 values.
The final grade, if obtained by examination, is determined by the following expression: CF = 80% E + 20% PL where E corresponds to the classification obtained in the theoretical test, PL to the classification obtained in the practical component during the teaching and learning period. Attendance: 75% TP classes and 100% PL classes
