Speakers (authors or representatives): 350,00€
General (companies/non-authors/speakers): 200,00€
Students (non-authors) & accompanying person: 80,00€
After 22nd November:
Speakers (authors or representatives): 400,00€
General (companies/non-authors/speakers): 250,00€
Students (non-authors) & Accompanying person: 130,00€
* MSCA Fellows benefit of a 15% reduction in the fees.
The conference registration fee includes:
Speakers (authors or representatives): includes presentation and publication of one paper (150,00€ for additional paper), workshop, conference proceedings, lunch, coffee breaks, conference dinner and social events.
General (companies/non-authors/speakers): Includes conference & brokerage event proceedings, lunch, coffee break, conference dinner and social events.
Students & Accompanying person:
Includes conference proceedings, lunch, coffee break, conference dinner and social events.
All conference participants can join the free of charge one-day seminar/laboratory workshop on 11th December (places are limited) as well display one poster and demonstration (pre-registration is required) during the brokerage event 12th December afternoon.
