Metals and corrosion.
Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The methodology of teaching this UC focuses on student and is organized into the following components: theoretical lessons, its theoretical-practical applications and laboratory lessons.
The asses sment has three components: Theoretical assessment (T), through written tests (2 tests with equal weighting or a final exam): 75% (15 points); Practical laboratory assessment (PL), which includes the mandatory completion of 2 group assignments and the preparation of group reports: 12.5% ??(PL1 2.5 points) and an individual assessment written test: 12.5% ??(PL2 2.5 points).
Minimum passing grade for each component: 50% of the maximum grade for that component (7.5 points in T; 1.25 in PL1; 1.25 PL2).
Final result: sum of the three components.
