Objectivos de Aprendizagem At the end of the semester, students are expected to:

- Know what Positive psychology is.
- Be able to discuss the main topics in positive psychology, including: Emotions and Personality; Happiness and Well-being; Optimism and Hope; Resilience and post-traumatic growth; Mindfulness.
- Understand Positive Psychological Coaching.
- Understand the main Positive Psychological Interventions.

Metodologias de Ensino e Critérios de Avaliação Contact hours are theoretical and practical. Initially, the professor provides a theoretical background to the topics addressed, followed by student-centered activities (e.g. exercises, analysis of case studies, searching for some topic, solving a problem, etc.).

The evaluation will be done as follows:
- Individual work / Essay (40%);
- Individual theoretical exam "frequência" (60%).
