Learning outcomes Promote students’ active participation in scientific events, encouraging research and publication in Design. Develop leadership skills and the ability to organize academic panels while exploring innovative topics through the participation of expert guest speakers. Students should understand the importance of indexing, peer review, and scientific classification systems. Additionally, they must contribute to the organization of scientific events and to the publication of an internationally indexed and peer-reviewed conference book, acquiring competencies in structuring, writing, and defending scientific papers.
Syllabus 1. Introduction to the importance of scientific research in Design.
2. Research methods in Design and their practical application.
3. Structure and principles of scientific writing.
4. The peer-review process and its significance.
5. Indexing and classification systems for scientific papers.
6. Organization and logistics of scientific events.
7. Exploration of innovative research topics in Design.
8. Developing partnerships and collaborations with experts.
