The beginning of this millennium, it is interesting to deeply know the
entrepreneurs phenomenon and their impact on business Iberian economy, allied
to the new perspectives opened up by increasing globalization of markets and
the expected effects of the new European Union enlargement, which will
certainly cause deep changes in the strategic conduct of the enterprises and in
its structural configurations, competitive and ways of management. In this
sense, the organization of these Seminars has the following objectives: (1) put
in confrontation, the latest developments in fundamental and applied research in the area of
science business, and (2) understand the business Iberian reality, through the
presentation of applied studies the business and economic phenomenon that
affect both countries in the context of globalization. Communications have been
presented in various scientific fields: Accounting and Taxation, Company
Economics, Entrepreneurship and PMEs, Finance, and Strategic Competitiveness
Management, Production and Quality Management, Innovation and Development,
Enterprises Internationalization, Marketing, Applied Mathematics for
Management, Human Resources and Information Systems and Technology. 600 participants have attended
these Seminars.
