Bolsa de Investigação Mestre | Knowledge Transfer and Dissemination Officer

A position for a Knowledge Transfer and Dissemination Officer (Reference ICETA 2016-56) is open at CIBIO-InBIO to work on the EnvMetaGen project. This project supports capacity building and research at CIBIO-InBIO in the field of Environmental Metagenomics. The Knowledge Dissemination Officer will be responsible for communicating information about the progress of this project and its research outputs to the public, scientists and to relevant administrative bodies. The position will be contracted under the scope of the project “EnvMetaGen – Capacity Building at InBIO for Research and Innovation Using Environmental Metagenomics” (Reference Nº 668981), funded by the European Commission under the call H2020-WIDESPREAD-2014-2. The project aims to expand the research and innovation potential of InBIO, supporting emerging research areas in environmental metagenomics for diverse applications in ecological, agricultural, fisheries and environmental research. The successful candidate will be trained, experienced and inspired by science communication.

Local de trabalho: Campus de Vairão campus, do Centro de Investigação em Biodiversidade e Recursos Genéticos (CIBIO-InBIO), Universidade do Porto.

Duração: Quatro anos
