Learning outcomes The Entrepreneurship and Business Creation curricular unit has as objectives:
i) Understand and analyse the main concepts, theories and approaches of entrepreneurship;
ii) Identify and characterize the various factors (internal and external) that affect the entrepreneurial process.
It is intended that students acquire the following skills: knowledge of the main theories of entrepreneurship, show critical and communication skills, reveal autonomy and ability to articulate and analyze the different concepts, contexts and tools to support and analyze in terms of theoretical, methodological and empirical consistency.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The evaluation of the Teaching-Learning period will be carried out according to the following criteria:

A) Attendance Level (NA) NA: Greater than or equal to 50%
B) Research Paper (TI) TI: 1 paper 50% (presentation); 50% (written paper)

Note 1: Only students who obtain at least 50% attendance will be eligible to carry out the TI.
Note 2: Presentation and discussion of the TI in class is mandatory.
Note 3: Students who obtain an average of 10 or higher will be approved.
Note 4: To be admitted to the exam, students must have a minimum grade of 6 in the teaching-learning process.
Note 5: The evaluation obtained during the teaching-learning period is NOT considered during the exam period.
Note 6: Students with the status of working student will be covered by the respective statute (evaluation criterion A will not be considered).
