Learning outcomes Obtaining effective 3D modeling capabilities of organic objects
Achieving effective object sharing capabilities between different CAD programs
Obtaining effective capabilities of obtaining 2D Technical Drawings from 3D models
Development of the ability to create simple animations in exploded views
Development of the ability to perform a topological survey of an object and correct errors that exist in the resulting 3D
model.
Syllabus Modeling 3D organic objects using surfaces
Modeling of 3D organic objects using subdivision modeling;
File sharing between CAD programs using neutral formats.
Creating 2D Technical Drawings from 3D models
Creating exploded view animations
Topological survey (3D scanning)
Fixing errors in models obtained by 3D scanning
Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria Assessement along the semester

Two tests:

1st test on October 29th during class (0-10 points)

2nd test on December 10th during class (0-10 points)

To pass the curricular unit by this assessment system:

a) The maximum number of absences is 3.

b) The sum of the scores for both tests must be equal to or greater than 10 points, with the minimum grade for each test being 3 points.


Assessment by final exam

Exam admission condition: a maximum of 3 class absences during the semester.

The exam has two parts, corresponding to different subject matters of the course

Part 1 (0-10 points)

Part 2 (0-10 points)

To pass the exam, the sum of the scores for both parts of the exam must be equal to or greater than 10 points, with the minimum score for each part being 3 points.
