Learning outcomes It is intended that the student deepens models and theoretical frameworks in articulation with the application of evaluation and intervention methods and techniques in occupational health Psychology perspective.

The student should be able:
- To characterize and to apply specific models and theoretical frameworks of health psychology in occupational settings and themes.
- To analyze, to integrate and to apply Psychology of health scientific information contextualized in action and occupational domain.
- To apply, with good reason, methods and psychological assessment techniques in issues of occupational health.
- To apply strategies and to develop intervention programs on issues of occupational health that promote decent and safe occupational and working environments.
- To solve problems and make decisions in a pragmatic, contextual and reasoned manner.
- To recognize and to assume ethical and deontological responsibilities in Psychology health and in specific occupational area.
Syllabus 1. Psychology and occupational health - object, goals and theory: (trans)disciplinary framework; retrospective, prospects and forward-looking research in the theory of occupational health, stress and burnout.
2. Assessment in Occupational Health Psychology: Assessment of psychosocial requirements for action / occupation – a differential perspective; Multilevel assessment of causes and psychosocial risks in occupational health and stress (Strategies and assumptions of an evaluation, process evaluation, methods and evaluation techniques – self-referenced and objectives).
3. Intervention in Occupational Health Psychology: direct intervention/individual and indirect/environmental. Management of psychosocial risks and protective factors and coping in relation to occupational stress [methods and techniques applicable to prevention and systemic control of psychosocial risks: in different life cycle stages; in specific contexts of (des)occupation].
