Learning outcomes - To sensetize the student for the main decurrent ambient problems of the construction, exploration, whitewashing and desactivação of infrastructures and urban equipment, as well as of the implementation of plans of development.
a) Understanding of the different instruments necessary for the rehabilitation and sustainable revitalization of urban areas
b) Recognition of the different instruments that can be used for the assessment of environmental performance in urban spaces
c) Understanding of the procedures for the implementation of certification schemes and environmental audit and to design a system of eco-management
d) Recognition of the paradigmatic characteristics of built environment and of sustainable urban development and
e) Recognize and know assess the sustainability of the built environment of areas urban
f) Recognize and know apply systems of indicators relating to the built environment
