Research Fellowship | Computer Sciences

The University of Beira Interior is opening 1 (one) Master Research Grant (BI) within the framework of the European Union ESFRI project EPOS-IP (European Plate Observing System – Implementation Phase) with the reference “EPOS-IP-C4G/BI/04/2017”, taking place at SEGAL (Space & Earth Geodetic Analysis Laboratory), Department of Computer Sciences, University of Beira Interior, Covilhã, Portugal.

Main research field: Computer Sciences.

Sub research fields: Information Systems, Web Services.

Admission conditions:
- Candidates must have completed a Master of Sciences degree in Computer Sciences Engineering.
- Proficiency in English.

Preferential Requisites:
- Strong knowledge of Information Systems and Internet Protocols.
- Experience in the management of physical network infrastructures including virtualization and similar techniques.
- Relevant scientific publications.
- Ability to work in an organized and structured way.
- Good social and team working skills.
- Capacity to work independently, according to the instructions received.
