Upon completion of the course, students should be able to:
- Understand the fundamentals of the history of raw earth construction.
- Understand the diversity of construction processes used in raw earth construction.
- Understand the main methods of analysis, classification, physical and/or chemical stabilization, granulometric correction and soil preparation.
- Explore methods of soil stabilization and correction.
- Understand the equipment and tools for raw earth construction.
- Explore aesthetic characteristics with natural pigment coloring.
- Develop, as a team, the preliminary phase of a simple project for a raw earth construction.
