Learning outcomes The main goal of this course is to develop knowledge about the futsal sport, and acquiring skills for teaching and training in schools and clubs environments.

Demonstrate knowledge of terminology relating to offensive, defensive and specific actions developed goalkeeper in the game of futsal;
Demonstrate knowledge of the importance of teaching the game based on different levels of performance and ability to plan, organize and manage training sessions according in the level of performance of players;
Demonstrate ability to plan, organize, manage and evaluate the plan of training / class within the available resources;
Demonstrate knowledge and ability to use over a set of notational analysis and scouting for the control of training sessions, game analysis and observation of opponents.
Syllabus Module 1 – History and organization of Futsal Sport;
Module 2 - Characterization of Futsal as a team sport;
Module 3 - Learning and Training;
Module 4 - Control of the training sessions and the game.
Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The typology of classes in this course is fundamentally theoretical and practical, combining exposure to research, discussion, viewing and analysis of videos and practical classes that seek the development of knowledge and skills at an experiential and pedagogical practice level.
It is intended to create an applied learning environment, so the contents will be presented using practical examples in the field of training and research in futsal. In addition to the above, there will be classes that will have a large component of pedagogical practice by students. The evaluation includes the realization of a frequency where the contents related to theoretical knowledge will be evaluated and evaluations will be carried out in the context of pedagogical practice and game analysis and presentation of the respective report.
