Exclusive course for Travelport Certification aimed at providing trainees with the basic knowledge necessary to make air reservations and calculate their price. At the end, participants will be able to:
· Consult flight availability
· Make airline reservations, including special requests and other optional elements
· Make changes to reservations made
· Consult rate notes – changes and cancellations
· Calculate the price of a trip using different types of fares
· Make travel budgets
· Issue e-tickets

o Sign On, Pseudo City, GTID
o Familiarization with the system: Smartpoint desktop
o Encoding and decoding the scrolling function
· Preparing the reservation
o Consultation of timetables: frequency of flights and availability
o Required booking fields
o Optional fields the APIS
o Special services and seat booking
o Booking changes/cancellation
o Status code update the viewtrip
· Rates
o Consultation of Notes - restrictions for changes and cancellation
o Fare bookings – different types of Fare Quote the branded fares
