Estão abertas até dia 15 de maio as inscrições para o curso online “Academic Writing para Investigadores/Alunos de Doutoramento da Universidade da Beira Interior”. A formação é promovida pelo CFIUTE – Centro de Formação Interação UBI Tecido Empresarial e o Instituto Coordenador da Investigação (ICI).
A ação é de natureza complementar e transversal aos vários cursos de doutoramento da UBI e está prevista no Plano de Atividades do ICI.
Com a duração de 20 horas, vai ter lugar entre os dias 18 e 22 de maio, das 9h00 às 13h00, tendo como suporte a plataforma zoom.
Apesar de a frequência da formação ser gratuita, carece de inscrição por parte dos interessados. Está limitada à participação de 15 pessoas.

Objetivos
- Identifying and applying the persuasive structure of an academic article.
- Learning and applying the global and detailed (paragraph) stucture of an academic artide.
- Familiarizing with the criteria of peer review and how they may affect the quality of an article and is adaptability for publication.
- Identifying and understanding the scope and structure of different types of articles ranging from empirical to theoretical (including review articles).
- Learning the basics of academic project writing.
- Learning the basic principles of conference presentations.

- Academic Citations and Ways of Referring to Others’ Works;
- Criteria of Evaluation and their Application on Concrete Examples;
