We are accepting applications for 1 (one) Research Grant for students enrolled in a cycle of studies leading to a doctorate degree or masters enrolled in a non-academic degree course, within the R&D Project “LEAFS - Learn Foundations of Computer Science using OCaml”, financed by the INRIA Foundation, hosted by Universidade da Beira Interior and taking place at NOVA-LINCS, Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Portugal) or at University of Beira Interior, Covilhã (Portugal), under the following conditions:

Admission requirements:
-To have a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
-To be a student enrolled in a cycle of studies leading to a doctoral degree or enrolled in a non-academic degree course.
-Verifiable experience in programming with Ocsigen and in developing Ocaml implementations of classical algorithms of Formal Languages and Automata.
If the academic degree required for this competition has been awarded by a foreign higher education institution, it shall be in compliance with Decree-Law 66/2018, of 16 August and Ordinance no. 33/2019, of 25 January, and any formalities established there must be fulfilled until the date of signature of the scholarship contract.
