Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to consolidate and develop skills and knowledge in the scientific area under study, preparing the student for autonomous professional practice as a Clinical and Health Psychologist. At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
- Integrate and apply theoretical and practical knowledge;
- Develop psychological counselling skills that promote the well-being of children, young people and/or adults;
- Carry out psychological counselling, assessment and intervention under supervision in an informed and increasingly autonomous manner;
- Participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of prevention and promotion and/or training programmes, focusing on an ecosystemic, inclusive and sustainable approach;
- Interpreting and communicating assessment and intervention processes;
- Commit to ethical and deontological principles;
- Demonstrate collaborative working skills;
- Demonstrate self-regulatory strategies (e.g. time management, self-assessment
