It is open a call for a Research Grant for PhD students, within the R&D Project Pack2Life – High Performance Packaging, Project IDT in consortium, project Nº33792, promoted by COMPETE 2020 and co-funded by FEDER within Portugal 2020, taking place at the C-MAST ‐ Centre for Mechanical and Aerospace Sciences and Technology, Department of Electromechanical Engineering of the University of Beira Interior, Covilhã, Portugal.

Admission Requirements
- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or similar scope degree.
- Be a student enrolled in a cycle of studies leading to a doctorate degree or enrolled in a non-academic degree course;
- Knowledge in Heat and Mass Transfer, CFD simulation (Ansys Fluent and/or COMSOL), Java, C, C++ programming langua ges, web development are preferable factors.
